QMC has been servicing the Dietary Department at Rush Copley Medical Center for over the past two years and their quality of work has been paramount. In my 15 plus years of experience in the food service industry, I have never worked with such a fine company as QMC. QMC has all the attributes that every customer wants from a company. QMC has been crucial in Rush Copley successfully passing JCAHO, Illinois Department of Public Health, Kane County Health Department inspections as well as Rush Copley and Sideshow internal physical and food safety inspection. QMC does an excellent job of cleaning the hood system in the cafeteria and kitchen, kitchen equipment, ceiling tiles and ceiling vents. QMC does an excellent job of communication in recommending work that may or may not need to be done. I rely heavily on their expertise. They are truly the experts in their industry. QMC has done an excellent job in responding to my needs as a customer and has always worked to accommodate me, having minimal or no impact on daily operations at the medical center. Their customer service has also made the whole experience a pleasant one, from scheduling work to follow up after service.
